Our children feel loved in different ways. The Five Love Languages book taught us, years ago how to make sure our spouses felt loved. The same can be said for children. We want to show our kids love in a way that really connects.
Quality time is one of the five ways to show love that resonates with one of our children. This could be from watching TV together, playing video games together or playing family games. One of our favorite games to play is Monopoly. Nope, not the board game but the CARD game, Monopoly Deal. Have you tried it? It’s just as fun as Monopoly but you can play the whole game in roughly 15 minutes. My quality time kid absolutely loves it!
